The Pilmico Baking Center in Iligan City recently announced the new graduates of its two-week bakery training held from May 5 – 16, 2003. The new batch consisted of 18 bakers from various parts of the country. Among those who topped the training were Erlinda Tan & Mary Joy Navarro of Breadmart Inc in Davao and Cleo June Bordalba of D’Bread Maker in Davao

The two-week bakery training includes both practical and technical lessons from bakery management to bakery mathematics. The course is ably facilitated by well-experienced Pilmico Technicians who have undergone advanced technical baking training at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA and the UFM Baking School in Bangkok, Thailand
