Pilmico Baking Center Announces 2004 Training Schedule

The Pilmico Baking Center in Iligan City is proud to announce the seminar schedules of the Diamond Bakery Trainings for 2004.

All bakers, bakery-owners and baking enthusiasts are invited to sign up and join in any of the training seminars slated for next year. Tentative dates are as follows: January 12-24, March 1-13, May 3-15, July 5-17, September 6-18, and November 8-20.

The Diamond Bakery Training includes both practical and technical lessons from bakery management to bakery mathematics. The course is ably facilitated by well-experienced technicians of Pilmico Foods and Pilmico-Maurifoods who have undergone advanced technical baking training at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA and the UFM Baking School in Bangkok, Thailand. The Pilmico Baking Center produced around 100 graduates of said baking seminar, hailing from different parts of the Philippines.
