Pilmico Foods Corporation(PFC) proudly announces
the 42nd batch to graduate from the Pilmico Baking Center in Iligan.
As part of the company’s program to intensify its customer service,
Pilmico has been offering a free two-week baking course at the
Pilmico Baking Center for more than five years now. The first of 3
sessions this year was participated by 18 bakers and bakery owners
from various parts of the country.

During their graduation, PFC Quality Assurance Team members Samuel
Cabanilla (extreme left) and Peter Tenido (extreme right) recognized
the top 5 participants: (from 2nd to the left) Fe Pernites of
Tamika’s Bakeshop – Bislig City, Kris Ian and Mercidita Portacio of
Mercidita’s Bakeshop – Zambales, Joan Wee and Stephanie Uy.
The training program includes both practical and technical lessons
from bakery management to bakery mathematics. It is facilitated by
well-experienced Pilmico Technicians who have undergone advance
bakery training at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, U.S.A
and UFM Baking School in Bangkok, Thailand.
All bakers and bakery-owners alike are invited to join one of the
two Pilmico Bakery Trainings for 2007 which are scheduled as
follows: July 16 - 28 and September 10 – 22. For more details about

nationwide.
