<< Our Social Commitment

Ms. Christine T. Cariaga of Gardenia tops the 36th batch to graduate from the two-week Diamond Bakery Training at the Pilmico Baking Center in Iligan. Pilmico offered a free two-week baking seminar in Iligan last September 5 to 17, 2005 as part of the company’s program to intensify its customer service.

The third of four sessions this year were participated in by 21 bakers, bakery owners and industrial partners from various parts of the country. The other two who topped were Mae Kristine Celo and Nina Magnaye, both representatives of Goldilocks - Davao.

The training aims to enhance the skills of Pilmico customers in both practical and technical application such as how to bake and apply scientific principles in the production of bread and other baked products. The course coverage includes Bakery Management, Bakery Science and Bakery Mathematics. It is facilitated by well-experienced Pilmico Technicians who have undergone advance technical baking training at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA and the UFM Baking School in Bangkok, Thailand.

The next training is scheduled on November 14 to 26. For interested applicants, please e-mail to customer_first@pilmico.com or call our offices in Makati, Cebu and Iligan City. You may also ask our dealers and distributors nationwide to endorse your name and contact number to our salesmen.
