Pilmico Baking Center Announces 1st Batch of 2003 Graduates

The Pilmico Baking Center in Iligan City recently announced their first batch of graduates in the Diamond Bakery Training held last January 13-25, 2003.

The recent batch was participated by bakers and bakery owners from various parts of the Mindanao. Among those who topped the training were Raymond Pintacasi of Bag-ong Ozamis Bakery in Ozamis City and Ethel Froilan of Estrella Bakeshop in Iligan City.

The Diamond Bakery Training is a two-week training program conducted by Pilmico Foods and Pilmico-Mauri Foods for its bakery partners and customers. It includes both practical and technical lessons from bakery management to bakery mathematics. It is facilitated by experienced Pilmico Technicians who have undergone advanced technical baking training at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA and the UFM Baking School in Bangkok, Thailand.
