The Pilmico Baking Center in Iligan City proudly announces the new graduates of its two-week Diamond Bakery Training held last March 3-14, 2003. The recent batch was participated by bakers and bakery owners from various parts of the country. Among those who topped the training Ma. Rita Chua, Gina Siladan and Severino Landingin.

The two-week bakery training includes both practical and technical lessons from bakery management to bakery mathematics. The course is ably facilitated by well-experienced Pilmico Technicians who have undergone advanced technical baking training at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA and the UFM Baking School in Bangkok, Thailand
