In celebration of the upcoming 45th anniversary of Pilmico Foods Corporation (PFC), PFC management decided to treat its Cebu employees to a half-day bakery training at the Creative Cooking and Baking Institute last August 18.

As part of the ongoing internal product knowledge and customer service program catered to the employees, Pilmico decided to conduct the training to enhance employees' knowledge in baking and actual application of Pilmico products. Baking consultants Elver Lagamon and Ronnie Geromo showed the crowd how to prepare Fudgy Brownies, Nuts about Donuts and Macaroons Delight using various Pilmico products. All participants were able to bring home the baked goodies they made.
