Pilmico Foods Donates Computer Laboratory in Iligan City

Pilmico Foods Corporation through the Aboitiz , Inc. (AGFI), recently donated a computer laboratory to Severo Sara Memorial School in Iligan City. Together with Lexmark International, Pilmico donated computers, chairs, tables and printers to the school.

The computer laboratory was formally turned over to Ms. Alicia Borbon, Severo Sara Memorial School Principal last September 11, 2003. Present during the simple turn-over ceremony were Mr. Reano Gumalo, Pilmico Vice President for Operations; Mr. Riel Griengo, Pilmico Mill Manager, Ms. Fe Capistrano, Pilmico Administrative Officer, Ms. Deborah Adrales, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, and Ms. Aloha Oracion, Barangay Dalipuga Councilor.

Aside from Severo Sara Memorial School, the Dalipuga High School and the Dalipuga Barangay Hall also received similar donations from Pilmico Foods, AGFI and Lexmark.

The donations reaffirm Pilmico’s commitment to help improve the quality of education in the country. This donation is also an acknowledgement for the contribution of Iligan City to the Pilmico business.
