Commitment
To
further enhance the knowledge and technical skills of our Sales
Team, a one-day training was conducted last January 18, 2008 in
Iligan by Quality Assurance Manager, Mr. Peter Tenido. The training
covered onsite complaint’s validation and hands on baking.
The complaint’s validation session was held in the morning to
provide tips and things that they had to look out for when
investigating or validating a complaint. Hands on baking session
followed next, where they were taught special techniques on how to
make miki noodles, chiffon cake and lumpia wrapper.
