decades of flour milling experience, Pilmico Foods has continuously
produced high quality soft and hard wheat flours. The hard wheat
flour is used primarily for baking different kinds of bread and
oriental staples such as miki and soft noodles while the soft wheat
flour products are for baking cookies, light cakes and
pastries.
As by-product of
milling, Pilmico also produces feed products such as wheat pollard
and wheat germ.
Hard
Wheat flour is also called Bread Flour or more commonly known as
