Carrot Bars

Ingredients
Wooden Sppon All Purpose Flour
2 c .
Baking Soda
2 tsp.
Salt
1/2 tsp.
Cinnamon
2 tsp.
Nutmeg
1/2 tsp.
pinch of vanilla powder
Eggs
4 pcs.
Sugar
1 1/2 c.
Corn Oil
1/2 c.
Full Cream Milk

1/2 c.

Carrots
3 c.
Crushed Pineapple, Drained
1 c.
Walnuts, chopped
1/2 c.
Raisins
1/4 c.
Orange zest(optional)
1

 

Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degF. Grease, line and grease a " 1-9 x 13 x 2 1/2 " rectangular baking pan or line bottom with Glade Bake Paper. Set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Set aside.
  3. Combine milk and oil. Set aside.
  4. Beat together eggs and sugar unitl light and thick.
  5. Slowly pour oil-milk mixture in steady stream.
  6. Beat 1 minute.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients all at once, blending it well.
  8. Fold in carrots,pineapple,raisins,nut and zest.
  9. Pour inot prepared pan.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until done.
