| Full Cream
Milk |

| Carrots |

| Crushed Pineapple,
Drained |

| Walnuts,
chopped |

| Raisins |
1/4 c. |
| Orange
zest(optional) |

- Preheat oven
to 350 degF. Grease, line and grease a " 1-9 x 13 x 2 1/2 "
rectangular baking pan or line bottom with Glade Bake Paper. Set
aside.
- Sift together
flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Set
aside.
- Combine milk
and oil. Set aside.
- Beat together
eggs and sugar unitl light and thick.
- Slowly pour
oil-milk mixture in steady stream.
- Beat 1
minute.
- Gradually add
dry ingredients all at once, blending it well.
- Fold in
carrots,pineapple,raisins,nut and zest.
- Pour inot
prepared pan.
- Bake in
preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until done.
