Procedure:
 

  1. Prepare 300 grams syrup for filling by mixing water, sugar and citric acid in the proportions of 70:100:0.5. Boil until sugar is dissolved and allow to cool before use.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl
  3. Add cooled syrup. Stir and add evaporated milk and yellow coloring.
  4. Strain to obtain a clear custard
  5. Sift flour on a table and make a well in the center of the mould.
  6. Place remaining ingredients in the center and knead slowly into a smooth dough.
  7. Roll dough into a thin, rectangular shape of 3mm thick. Cut out a circular piece and place into a tart mould.
  8. Pour fillings into the mould.
  9. Cover the mould into a tray and bake for 40 mins at 180degC with low top heat and high bottom heat,
