Procedure:
- Mix all the
ingredients.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Transfer to a greased
bowl. Cover and allow rising in a warm place until
double about 45 mins. to 1 hour.

Punch down dough. Divide
into 18 portions. Roll out each dough into a flat
sheet.
- Brush
with butter or margarine (about 2-tsp.). Sprinkle with
sugar mixture (1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 ½ tsp.
cinnamon powder).

Sprinkle with raisins,
nuts and chocolate chips. Roll like jellyroll starting
on the narrow end.

Cut into 3 portions
crosswise. Put into greased muffin pans (greased with
margarine or butter and brown sugar). Brush top with
egg or milk wash.

Allow rising until double
in bulk.
- Baked
at 375 oF for 15 mins. or until done.
