Method: No time Dough
Procedure:
-
Mix
toppings; set aside
-
Mix
dough until develop then form into baston, cut to
desired size;
-
Wet
dough then roll into toppings; Arranged into baking
tin;
-
Proof for 1.5 hours or until double in size
-
Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes

Procedure:
- Beat the egg white
until frothy

Gradually beat in half the sugar using a woodenspoon.

Add the lemon juice and
the glycerine and half the remaining sugar;
-
Beat well until smooth and
very white
-
Gradually beat in enough
of the remaining sugar to give a consistency which
will just stand in soft peaks;
-
Put in an airtight
container or cover the bowl with a damp cloth and
leave for several hours, if possible, to allow most of
the air bubbles to come to the surface and burst;
-
The icing is now ready for
use and can be thickened, if necessary, with more
sifted icing sugar or thinned down with lightly beaten
egg white
