Procedure:
- Mix all the
ingredients.
-
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
-
ansfer to a greased bowl.
Cover and allow rising in a warm place until double
about 45 mins. to 1 hour.

Punch down dough. Divide
into 18 portions. Roll out each portion into a
rectangle.
- Put
hotdog on one end and cheese on the other end. Roll
each end towards the center. Make a cut in the center.
Turn cut side up and then put on greased ensaymada
pans. Brush top with eggwash or milk wash.

Allow rising until double
in bulk.
- Bake at 375 oF for 15
mins. Or until done.
