Puto Cheese

Ingredients

 

Gold Star Flour

250 grams

Baking Powder

5 grams

Refined Sugar

200 grams
Iodized Salt 2.5 grams
Egg 2 pcs
Water 170 grams
Oil 1/3 cup
   


Procedure:
 

  1. In a mixing bowl place all dry ingredients and blend well.
  2. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Gradually add water until homogeneous.
  3. Add oil and mix well.
  4. Place enough amount of batter in a paperlined puto moulder and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Steam for 10-12 minutes or until done.
