400g The Good Meat Kasim/pigue cut into small pieces about 1.5cmx1.5cm

Flour Mixture:

⅔ cup Wooden Spoon all-purpose flour
⅜ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
½ tsp Iodized salt

Sauce:

½ cup Unsalted butter
⅓ cup Hot sauce
¼ cup Catsup
¼ tsp Garlic powder
⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Brown sugar

PROCEDURE:

1. In a small bowl, mix the batter. Add the meat until it is entirely coated with flour.

2. In a separate pan, combine the sauce over low heat. Stir together until butter is melted and the mixture is well blended. Set aside.

3. Heat oil in another pan. The oil should cover the meat entirely or at least one inch deep. Fry coated meat in hot oil for 3-7 minutes, or until meat turn brown. Work in batches and avoid overcrowding the pan. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together.

4. Best served with blue cheese dip.
